Feminist PMEL
(Planning, Monitoring Evaluation, and Learning)

As a consortium of eight feminist organisations we apply feminist lens to every part of our work. Also to how we do PMEL.

Feminist Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning or Feminist PMEL has been practised and implemented in different ways depending on the nature, context, scope, and work of the organisation. CMI! as a collective, aims to create a space where members and partners can share these practices and learning. This also enables us to bring the best practices to our Strategic Partner – The Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and provide evidence and insight to help realise their vision of Feminist Foreign Policy.
